We strive to deliver your custom-cut pine boards within 7 to 10 working days from the date your order is placed. This allows us enough time to carefully cut your boards to the correct specifications and ensure their quality before dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We aim to keep delivery charges affordable while ensuring the safe and timely arrival of your items.

In certain areas, we may deliver your order using our own Pine Cut 4 You van. For these deliveries, tracking will not be available. However, we will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time. We take special care with these deliveries to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with either tracking information (for courier deliveries) or a confirmation that we will contact you to arrange delivery (for van deliveries).

If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, our courier may leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. For deliveries using our own van, we will contact you to reschedule.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, any additional re-delivery charges may apply.
