.At Pine Cut 4 You, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom-cut pine boards tailored to your exact specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns if you provide incorrect measurements when placing an order. Please ensure all dimensions and specifications are accurate before completing your purchase.

Storage & Usage Disclaimer

Your pine boards are inspected and carefully packed before dispatch. Once delivered, proper storage and usage are your responsibility.

Please Note:

  • Inspect on delivery – our 48-hour refund policy covers manufacturing defects and damage in transit only
  • Store correctly – boards must be kept flat, dry, and indoors. Outdoor or improper storage will cause warping
  • Wood moves naturally – pine expands and contracts with humidity. This is normal and not a defect
  • Choose the right thickness – 18mm boards are not suitable for doors or heavy-duty applications
  • Boards are supplied unfinished – sealing is essential to prevent moisture damage

We cannot accept returns or responsibility for warping, damage, or failure due to:

  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Use in unsuitable applications
  • Failure to seal or finish the wood
  • Normal wood movement or characteristics

1. Custom Orders and Non-Refundable Items

As each board is custom-cut to your specific measurements, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or accept returns for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect measurements or dimensions provided by the customer.
  • Change of mind after the boards have been cut to order.

Please double-check your measurements carefully before placing your order to avoid any mistakes.

2. Replacements for Errors Made by Pine Cut 4 You

If we make an error in cutting your boards to the measurements you provided, we will gladly replace the items at no additional cost. We will send out the correct size promptly once the error is confirmed.

To request a replacement due to a cutting error:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@pinecut4you.co.uk.
  • Include your order number, a description of the error, and photos showing the incorrect measurements.

We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

3. Replacements for Damaged or Low-Quality Items

We take great care to ensure that our pine boards meet our high standards. If your order arrives damaged or if the quality does not meet your expectations, we will replace the affected boards free of charge.

To request a replacement for damaged or low-quality items:

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or quality concern.

We will evaluate your claim and organize a replacement at no cost to you.

4. Shipping Errors

In the rare event that you receive the wrong items or your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately at info@pinecut4you.co.uk. We will rectify the issue and send the correct items as soon as possible.
